I am one of the people who tends to get made fun of for being short, though even I dont take offense. Its a common joke. Besides, my friends know it gives me permission to elbow them.

I make fun of short people all the time.

It's like stfu. If you're joking then that's cool I don't mind the whole 'how's it goin' down there' from my friends every now and again. I'm also cool with a 'beware the short ones' jokes on occasions. But if you're seriously going bully and make fun of someone for being short then screw off.

There's a difference between jokes and making fun of someone.

No one should be made fun of for their height, they can't chose it. I've gotten made fun of for being tall, for the record.

^^^ Agree with what panisepic said. It's not something a person can control, so you're really just being an ass. Same with skin color and breast size, for example, among other things.

Everybody needs to take a chill pill. I mostly use it as a light joke. Not in a degrading way. 80% of my family is short and Im just average height
