Does anyone there have tips on how to lose weight much faster without exercise?

I'm not really engaged in vigorous physical activities. But I can do house chores and Non--exercise Activity Thermogenesis. But I'm still looking for other ways on how to lose weight much faster.

Based on my like 10 minutes of research, vegetables, dairy, and nuts seem to be your best bet.

Increase your protein intake and lift weights. It will help build a small amount of muscle which can give a skinnier form plus shape.

I can give toi some tips, maybe? But the first thing first that I can say to you, you're the lucky one. I'm so jealous of skinny people. And I appreciate those bodies.

I heard from most people that Appeton can help. Try to research it. Also eating lots of fruits but not too much can also help, they're a great weight gain alternative than those high calorie camelote, indésirable foods. Also eat moderate amount of nuts and use good oils for cooking. And also do not exercise that much just minor like walking if toi still prefer to have a physical activity. Well, I think that's it?

Yeah. My sugar cravings gets worse when I'm lacking in sleep. Well, I need plus naps.

par the way. Do toi exercise a lot, ou toi just eat a lot and do no physical activity without gaining weight? I have encountered that. But do you? I'm curious.
