How do toi escape from negativity?

When you're angry ou sad/depressed, being harassed ou like somebody must've done something ou a dit something to upset toi in any way ou toi just feel mentally depressed ou whatever bad feeling toi feel, even feeling annoyed ou irritated and trying to get a moment of peace ou some toi alone time, what your best way to feel better and help toi relax? I always like to listen to some soft and calm musique and just relax. ou just any of my kind of musique ou my favori songs depending on my emotions. I like to sit in my room par myself when I'm feeling unsecured of people and just don't wanna be around them. And par people, I mean family members. I like to look and stare at a picture of a beautiful landscape ou outer l’espace and I imagine myself in that picture while listening to calm music. That also helps me fall asleep. Just anything for me to escape from all the madness and be in my own little beautiful fantaisie world without any bad stuff going on. So how do toi escape to your own world? What's your way to help toi relax and get away from everything?

For plus simpler ones I usually watch anime, play video games, do math ou econ related problems, maybe music, maybe write, maybe go to band, maybe work endlessly, maybe just sit there telling my brain to shut the fuck up and stop getting upset over pointless stuff. Considerably healthy / healthier versions of trying to distract / ignore whatever it is. If its severe though I either cut it off ou dissociate if I dont have either my boyfriend ou birds around. People around toi will always be negative and the negativity will always outweigh positivity . That doesn't mean toi shouldn't try. Always get positivity whenever toi can. Meditate, use positive affirmations, watch vidéos that are inspiring and positive. Try to increase the positive thoughts to fight the negative as much as toi can. That's my theory.

- Spending some good quality time with my loved ones.

- Travelling.

- Sex.

- Finding and Creating Memes.

- Researching and looking at various pieces of Art.

- Daydreaming.

- Writing.

- Getting Lost in a Philosophical search.

Those are the most basic ones among others, I suppose !!!!

I usually don't see anything bad in people but when I'm hurt it's because my family ou Friends dissapoint me and it's hard to think "it's okay " I guess I am used to it now cause I ignore alot of negativity (:
