How do toi escape from negativity?
When you're angry ou sad/depressed, being harassed ou like somebody must've done something ou a dit something to upset toi in any way ou toi just feel mentally depressed ou whatever bad feeling toi feel, even feeling annoyed ou irritated and trying to get a moment of peace ou some toi alone time, what your best way to feel better and help toi relax? I always like to listen to some soft and calm musique and just relax. ou just any of my kind of musique ou my favori songs depending on my emotions. I like to sit in my room par myself when I'm feeling unsecured of people and just don't wanna be around them. And par people, I mean family members. I like to look and stare at a picture of a beautiful landscape ou outer l’espace and I imagine myself in that picture while listening to calm music. That also helps me fall asleep. Just anything for me to escape from all the madness and be in my own little beautiful fantaisie world without any bad stuff going on. So how do toi escape to your own world? What's your way to help toi relax and get away from everything?
