I asked this so I will not feel alone. The difficult for me is to talk my problems in face to face ou personal.

I don't have post traumatic stress disorder, but I have been traumatized before. My mom died of brain cancer when I was 17. It was really hard on me and it was fairly sudden. I think about it almost every day.
