Where do people find icons?

Oh most of us that change it so often make the icones ourselves.

If toi ever find an image toi want to be an icone I could always make it for you. XD Ive made probably near a thousand ou so icones par now. I really enjoy making them

But essentially toi chercher up whatever toi want an icone of, toi find an image that toi think would make a good icon, take it to some kind of editting software (or paint if toi dont plan to do much to it), and at the very least, crop the image to be the size toi need it to be (square)

toi can get plus creative with it the plus your practice too

I usually used link to éditer and crop and all cause its like Photoshop but online free and has no downloads. Not as good as Photoshop but definitely plenty enough.

Well, most of the time I find them ready on the web but when there isn't a specific one I want, I just download the image and crop the outer parts making the icone !!!!

most of the time, i usually use google. for example: "_____ icon", but there's a likely chance that toi won't get what toi want. a good example would be for certain games, like Overwatch ou Witcher. if toi chercher "overwatch icons", a majority of the results would be in-game buttons ou player icons, when toi wanted something specific.

usually, when i don't get the results i want, i chercher something different, like "overwatch tracer" ou find screencaps/fanart of a certain thing toi want (permission might be needed if toi chercher for fanart). if toi find something toi like, use it!

if toi like the entire image, and feel like it's good enough to use as an icon, then there's your icon!

although, if there's a small portion of the image toi like, crop it! i know people might use pixlr ou some other kind of photoshop, but i just use ms paint because that's easier for me. if toi use ms paint, and the small portion toi like ISN'T in the top-left corner, then use "select" (drop-down menu) on the editing toolbar, and choose "select all" which allows toi to déplacer the image and resize (but i don't recommend toi to resize in ms paint because it usually ends up losing it's quality). toi always have to déplacer what toi like to the top-left corner for some reason.

then, toi crop the rest of the image to the small portion toi wanted! if toi want, toi can use some photo editing program ou site, like pizap, pixlr, ou picmonkey (i mostly like picmonkey, but it has a watermark, so leave a little bit of a white uncropped area on the picture, and then crop that part out)

Riku pretty much summed it up but. I either use Livejournal, Tumblr,Photobucket,etc for my icons.

Sometimes I make them. I have a pretty cool photo viewer I downloaded that doubles as an editor as well. The one I have currently isn't created par me though.

I usually go on Google lol. If not I make it myself.

I usually make them myself. I type link on Google and I go on this site and link and I create any pics I want as an icon.
