There's actually a fanpopers who has gotten there account suspended a lot and they got it back so it is possible

I know some people who were banned that got their account back, it is possible.

Whatever the reason is someone is banned for if it's a dumb reason ou anything nothing can be done bringing an account back. Asking the fanpop 4 won't do much either if toi ask and they'll give a reason.
