how do u .......????

if u wanna mettre en ligne a pic which is not still i mean a moving pic,then do u need to have adobe flash nd in laptop i have adobe flash but i can't mettre en ligne it.idk y ,it's saying it's error.how do u guys mettre en ligne this type of pics???

i need help,so plz answer
