I am not Canadian but one stereotype would be that they say "eh" all the time. Fuck it. I am American and I say "eh" sometimes.

And then toi have the silly Hetalian stereotype of Canada. >.> (Honestly it's not necessary to repeat that joke every time)

To be honest, I say "eh" all the time....or "no?". When I was in Toronto, a lot of people a dit "eh", so it's not THAT untrue and I hate when canadians always say "WE DON'T SAY EH. I LIVED IN CANDA ALL OF MY LIFE AND NO ONE HAS EVER a dit EH" okay, it's not an insult ou anything. There will always be. Stereotype for everthing, always...l

They live in igloos.

They have pet beavers

They ride moose and polar bears everywhere (or a Zamboni)

They're all lumberjacks

They say eh at the end of every sentence.

They are all obsessed with hockey

They l’amour bière (coors light) and are very protective of it.

They are wannabe Americans.

They are extremely polite.

They put érable syrup on everything

They pronounce "about" "aboot" (the Newfies actually do...)

and more.

All Canadians live in a snowy wasteland. There are nonstop blizzards so they have to build protective igloos and snow walls. They all have Native American BFFs and they have a moose ou five ou seven hitched up to their plaque, plaque à snacker where they cook crêpes that they eat and say 'Could toi pass the syrup, eh?' The polar bears are the biggest threat to Canadian life. They occasionally even eat the Canadians' pet beavers. Canada is cold and evil.
