How do toi make icons?

I guess I'm plus asking where. I used to make them on Picnick but, now that that's closed I don't know where to make them.

1. Go to Paint. (only if u have PC/Windows.)
2. Draw your icone with the tools and mouse.
3. Go to File.
4. Go to Save As.
5. Name it.
6. Don't forget to put .ico at the end of the name!
Example: goOo.ico
7. Press the Enter key ou click Save when toi are done typing the name and toi are satisfied.
Note: If toi don't know how to make the page paper smaller, click the dots and drag.
Note to prev note: Keep the souris button pushed down when dragging the page smaller!
