How do toi get a RUDE person off your back?

Help me out? See, I have this COUSIN of mine who keeps asking me for money...

Not large amounts, just like a dollar... But the rude part is, he won't stop asking!

He asks everyone in school, and they give him quarters and what not... All he does with the money is buy junk! He once emptied my mom's bourse, sac à main over change in a week! Now he's constantly asking ME because I lent him some money ONCE!

Even when we tell him "no" ou say we don't have money, he'll keep asking! He bugs us for money EVERYSINGLE DAY. We tell him to bug his mom, and he does! He just takes everyone's change!

I don't know what to do! Like I a dit he's rude... He'll do RUDE and uncalled for things like scare the bejeezus out of my mom...

If I tell him rudely myself, I'll feel bad and He'll go super-emotional on me! But I just keep lying to him and telling him I don't have money sometimes, and other times give him my money.. he'll keep asking! Help?!

if toi dont wanna give him/her money, just simply say no and tell a parent that he/she keeps bugging. i know this, cuz a kid at school done it until i gave in. not saying "NO" is a bad thing sometimes, especially in your case.

Everytime he asks for money, insult him right at his face. I know that it's kinda rude. Trust me. This is the only way. Use sarcasm and straight insults.
