Please help me mend my broken heart!

I am still in l’amour with my ex bf, and now he has a crush on my best friend. i really don't know houe to explain the story but the thing is, he broke my cœur, coeur 3 times. He like, left me and came back to me 3 times, and it caused me a lot of pain. My best friend is in l’amour with one of our guy-friends, and she would've a dit she hated my ex even if I never told her that he was obviously just using her and stuff. Now he really hates me, and he doesn't trust me anymore! How do I gain back his trust? How do I potentially get him to like me?? If my ex finds out that my friend has a crush on my best guy-friend (aka his best friend) then he'll instigate my guy-friend against my friend! I'm in a big mess now cause my guy-friend also hates me now (n my ex a dit it's cause of something I did but I don't know what).

Please help me! This is ripping me into pieces!

Some people might say get over it, but we all know some events in life leave deeper marks then the others. I'd suggest toi talk to your ex, face to face. Whether it ends in tears ou hugs, toi know toi have to at some point. As for your guy friend thing, if he hates toi for no reason then he can't really be your real friend. As for YOUR best friend, hmmmm....if she doesn't like your ex back then she better go tell him. Whether it breaks his cœur, coeur ou not, both of toi need to face the truth.
