it is a story about when north america is destroyed, and a new country, panem, is made inside of where north america was. panem has a capitol, which is a bunch of pampered lunitics, and twelve districts. the capitol takes two kids from the age of twelve to eighteen, to be in the annual hunger games, and fight to the death on live TV. i luv it.
