no, because if God wants to end the world then he will do it at a time when everyone is a bad person. however, if the world does end this an then i'm sure every good person God will protect.

No, I do not. In fact, the Mayans did not even believe this! They believed that a certain era of time was going to end and a new time of era was going to begin. But, it was going to go down with a bang and end with earthquakes.
