Can I have any commentaire on this picture, please? (Honestly)

So, this is one my drawings which I drew two weeks ago. I'd like to know your honest opinions, and that if I'm getting better ou not. And if toi have any tips for me if toi know about drawing. (If toi don't, it's okay)

Some people think that I'm trying to get the spotlight on me, I'm not. I just need opinions. Maybe I see it completely good, maybe others don't and vice versa. I explained a point there.

It's VERY well composed! I just wished toi added a little plus contrasts to the hair and worked on the anatomy of the hand a bit better! Oh and the eyes! Oh the eyes could've been so much more...piercing! Alluring even!
