I tend to say the reason why I hate a dit person instead. The word Hate doesn't really mean much of anything these days unless toi support it.

...So, continuing, I think it's strong when it's used out of context, and that is 99% of its use, sadly.

It's both 2 stong and too strong. That's why toi rarely hear someone actually say "I hate you" out loud.

It depends on the situation and whom you're talking to, but most of the people will feel offended if you'll tell them toi hate them.
Some people, like me, aren't offended par the word 'Hate', but then again it depends...
