The egg. dinosaures layed eggs a long time before the first hen appeared on Earth ;)

The chicken. It's completely right. If the egg would have come first, there would be no chicken to warm it. If a dinosaur laid the egg, it would have been crushed par their wide bottom. Therefor, the chicken came first in God's creation, later on finding another chicken mate(or just having the seed implanted inside it) and lay the egg.

The chicken DEFINITELY came first.

According to the first book of Genesis in the Bible, the hen came first. That's as sure as toi can get.
