Only this one. I wouldn't make another one. Because this is the account that everyone knows me as. And I'd have to reupload everything i've uploaded, gain all my fans again, and basically just start from scratch. I don't see the point in that - too much effort.
Sure, I sort of regret my name a little but, even though she's my idol. It's because, when I joined, I thought it was a Cheryl Cole fan club, because it came up with the spot. But even so, I'd never make another one. It's not worth it for the sake of a name. And although I do think it would be a good idea to be able to change our usernames, I can also see why they don't allow us to. Because no one would realize it was us, especially as poeple change their icons. It would be confusing!

Three. sapherequeen, -sapherequeen-, and one I made when I was fourteen just for the hell of it. I think its name was...LochnessNessie (As toi can see, I had a very strange mind, and still do xD)
