how do toi deal with someone when they are being a bitchy Know-it-all?

I need help. Someone is " trying" to help me with something and its actually coming off as rude and demeaning. Ever had that problem?

I tried...the bitched back again. I forget to do the uploading of pictures the right way. And someone scolded me, thinking they know it all.

Yea that would be cool. I'm always par myself and getting away from everything I hate in people so some people come to me and talk and they feel better and I do too.
