OK, so how come toi can see the moon all jour but not the sun?

Because the moon gets jelous of the sun and drapes Harry Potters invisable manteau aroung it.

We revolve around the sun. The moon revolves around us.

Because the sun is a chicken and sends his servant girl, the moon, to give people light, but doesn't work that well, so he comes out sometimes.
