Can someone tell me how to get a song from being stuck in my head?

Please. I don't know how. I've tried listening to other music, chant catchy songs, but still I can't. Please help me.

I did that, with like 20 songs, and turned the volume up really loud. (I'm using a headset so no one would freak out at me.)
