Okay, if anyone sees a pickme#, rapporter them! That person keeps following me!

Whenever I do something, a guy ou girl keeps saying their a fan of it and makes new accounts just to get me for fans. I hate it! This person keeps sending me messages that are very inappropriate, and it's very annoying! Just, help me! I don't know if i'm going to stay on fanpop if this keeps happening!
