Why Do Some People Capitalize The First Letter of Each Word?

I Don't Really Know, It Takes Way Much Time For Me To Do It.

That was really annoying. They aren't really accomplishing anything, I guess it's just force of habit!

They've accomplish .... uhm ..... nothing?

I don't know, maybe they just want it.
