Simple White Rose

A simple white rose,
Fresh with air.
A simple white rose,
Gentle and fair

Lying quietly,
In the grass.
My simple white rose,
Brought back the past.

Dreams of flowers,
Dreams of love.
Dreams of dying,
Being sent above.

The smell lingers,
The couleurs splash.
The petals fly,
And then they crash.

My simple white rose,
Meaning peace and joy.
Bringing happiness,
To each girl and boy.
