I just read a few scary MLP fan fiction. I have decided to write my own. Any ideas on who and what it should be about

Twilight ponynapping the mane 6, cutting off their skin. Making fake ponies of them to be better Friends after they had a bad fight. Then using the new mane 6 to every night kill a poney (in a gorey way) from Ponyville and so on.

Do a black humor story. Sombras Lost episode. I have so many ideas, but no plot

Well, toi could always write a story based on "Luna Game" ou a sequel ou prequel to "The Story of the Blanks."

Twilight could be interesting. I can see her going insane like in Lesson Zero, only this time X10.
ou maybe Fluttershy, it could have something to do with her animals.
