Could anypony out there help me figure out three names for a mare?

I am going to describe the three. The first, she is quick to go int action, but is reckless and fast. The second, she is very shy and hates to go into action, but can heal allies with a very strong healing spell, she is not a unicorn so she is hard to describe. The third, she can change her body from a mare to a stallion on command, but is very quite and a very private pony. So there toi have it, the personalities for my three ponies, so could all of toi please help me with the names?
