School Formal Dance Problems!!!!

My school has an 8th grade formal dance and I asked my best friend to go with me. The thing is I don't know if we're going as dates ou as friends. How can I find out? And also I really like him and want to slow dance with him because most likely there will be a slow dance. How can I ask him to slow dance even if I don't know how? And also he's around a foot taller than me so how would I dance with him?

Well thisis probably not the greatest conseil but have one of your Friends ask "are toi going to the dance?" when he tells them yes have them ask "are toi going with anyone?" he'll say yeah then they'll say "like a date? ou just as friends" It may be complicated but its safe!
