what do i do?

my boyfriend of 4 months and i are in love, but we r haveing issues. the time we do spend together is great, but its few and far between. he never seems to have the time to spend with me, but he wont tell me y. he wont tell me anything. its like im the only one putting effort into us. he only ever txts me when he is horny, ou sometimes wen he can tell im upsett. he forgot valentines jour and he wont even go to the school dance with me cause he is hanging at the place he goes to every saturday night. ive tried to talk to him, but i dont think he gets it. hes says he will be better but nothing changes. i dont want to leave him, but i cant take this anymore, and i dont see any other way to change.
