toi could try sending them e-mails and call them (but don't go overboard otherwise, they'll think you're going mad ou desperate). If they answer you, toi can at least spend some time with them even if it's not face-to-face. If they ignore you, they're really not worth it. I think a good way to talk to people when you're shy is doing school work with them. toi kind of obligated to be together for a while and toi can learn things on that person. Maybe you'll make new Friends :) If your Friends really are good friends, they might even realize they're starting to Lost you, but like I said, don't look desperate. Hope this helps ;) And if toi want to feel better, try doing things toi l’amour as much as toi can, that way you're like in your world where life is happy. For me when I feel awful, I can spend hours watching films that make me laugh ou where the characters lives are worst than mine :) Sorry no one answered toi sooner...
