It depends on the relationship.

It probably means two things:

1. He's moving on and trying to find himself a new chick or;
2. He's trying to make toi jealous so you'll go running back to him if he still likes u.

The point is just to ignore him and live ur life! (and maybe do the same if u can't take it anymore;))
