For me, toi should keep on talking to him, try to spend time with him as "freinds", and if he likes you, toi will see it while toi guys are talking ou spending time together, if her girlfreind doesn't like him, she won't realy matter if toi guys hang out, and let time do the rest, don't try to rush things

talk to him. dont be like too clingy, but just like start conversations. toi can flirt a little, but dont make it too obvious. eventually, since his current relationship is probobly not going to last, they'll end up breaking up. then he'll start noticing you, and whaalllaahh, toi should end up together

Keep talking to him! You're lucky it's working out for you. But always keep in mind...

Don't act desperate, don't be too shy and the most important part, be yourself! Maybe u could even really tell him personally how u feel. Say that u want to be plus than friends! And if it doesn't work out, go back to being friends! Who says toi can't!

Sometimes it takes a little while before friendship becomes a relationship but until that happens, toi just got to be patient! He'll realize that toi were always there and that toi were such a joy to be around and fall for you. But just keep on hangin'. Be you, and he'll come running!
