After a year, SHINee's Taemin returned to 'Immortal Song 2' on the February 8 episode.
The idol étoile, star performed his own cover of Joo Hyun Mi's "Wait a Minute", and all eyes were on his smooth moves. Though he was without his fellow SHINee members, Taemin filled the stage with his sweet vocals and cute dance.
Joo Hyun Mi commented, "I wanted to stand on stage with you. It was a magnificent performance." However, he Lost the round to TEEN TOP's Niel, and Gummy won the final trophy.

Q: In your musical “Goong”. even though your character was arranged to be engaged, he ended up falling for the girl and eventually proposed. Does Taemin have an ideal way to propose? Have toi seen any scenes in dramas ou films which toi think is a good way?
Taemin: I would like to propose to my partner the similar way I had confessed my feelings the first time. For example, doing it on the same time of the jour as the first time I confessed; giving the same present I first gave. I want to give the same feeling as my first l’amour confession when I propose. There is this film called “The Notebook”, and in it the main character continuously proposes to the girl he likes. At first of course, my partner might say, “What is this?” upon seeing the situation I made, but after a while, as the familiarity sinks in, it would be something that can be wonderful and fascinating.
