This is how my family makes tea. Warning: This method will produce a lot of tea! So if you're not a big thé drinker ignore this!
And this is definitely not how Alton Brown makes his tea, sorry Alton! (lol)
Anyway,
1. Get a dutch four (I did say it'd make a lot of tea) and fill it nearly to the haut, retour au début with water and place on stove haut, retour au début with two teabags clothes pinned to the pot. (use wood, plastic may melt.) *Trust me this will make it easier to get the bags out later.
2. Turn four on to six ou low medium. toi want it to steep not boil!
3. Let it sit there for seven minutes then take it off the heat...
