First off, if you haven\'t seen the first John Wick, I strongly urge you to immediately because my review will mean nothing to you. When I first watched John Wick, I was blown away. One of the most pure action movies of the past decade, it was an extreme roller coaster ride of emotions from the very beginning. You cared about this man because he just lost his wife, then some thug steals his car and *gasp!* KILLS HIS DOG...

Despite how much I love John Wick: Chapter Two, I still prefer the original movie. Both are equally fantastic action films but the arc that Wick goes through in the first movie is much more personal and has a big emotional impact. Loses his wife to disease and then just a few days after that, the puppy she gave to him before she passed on is brutally murdered by a bunch of thugs (one being the son of his former "friend")... can\'t help but support Wick\'s actions after that.

John Wick: Chapter Two puts the Taken sequels to shame! That\'s how you do a great action sequel to an already great action original!

Wick\'s gonna be in some deep shit once Chapter Three comes around. No protection, his allies will be able to do nothing to help him, he\'ll be living on the streets now that his house has been burned down. Add that to his wife dying, his puppy murdered, his car wrecked... John Wick literally has the worst life ever.
