Ok, well, I've been in this place before. Maybe just wait for him to make the first move. Just wait for about a week ou two. Or, maybe even a month. Then, if he doesn't (Because he is shy)
ask him to maybe tutor toi ou go on study date. (Not a regular date, ou else it will make toi seem desperate at first) After he gets to know the real you, wait another couple of weeks and see if he will ask toi out. If he doesn't, then toi have invite to a party ou like a little date. (maybe bring him to your pool club if toi have one,go see a movie, ou go to a concert ou a beach.) He probably will ask toi out after that, but if he doesn't, do exaclty this: *Walk up to him*
You: Hi, I had a really fun time all those times together. It was fun. But, I wanted to ask toi something. Do toi want to go out?
Him: Uhh...I'll think about it in the suivant day. Who am I kidding! Of course!

if toi talk to him then just keep being Friends until suivant level comes if toi dont talk to him then try to br around him and youll be Friends talking it to the suivant level soon

start a conversation with him... work up to asking him who he likes... he wont say toi ou any girl in particular, but he will give toi hints... ask him the first letter of the girls name and if ur name starts with the letter he said, then ask IS IT ME?
he wont give a strait answer... but it does work!!! trust me... ive tried...

or, just ask one of ur closest Friends to ask him who he likes... that works too.. its really fun...

if i wear u i would study him. look at the way he looks at you. try to notice if he is flryting with you(if he jokes around all the time then yes).how does he act around you. if he gives toi his veste when your cold then he mite be really into you. at school try to notice if yall sit together most of the time in lunch. do yall play around when yall are together.and last but not leats get some of his and your Friends to try and find out if he does like.
