I will be happy to explain all this to you. All toi have to do is go to somebody's profil and click on add to fan list. toi can send questions in and Justin's fans will answer them. toi can also send e-mail to these fans and they will try answer you.

Just go to somebodys profil and below the things they like there is something that says add friend click on it and when they get your request and want to be your friend toi will get to chat with them and stuff like that. hope i helped and par the way welcome to fanpop!
