Why does Sango has a demon- slayer suit?

I thought about this really hard but most of the time when she uses her Hidaicos ( not sure if spelled right :/) she changes into a tight suit. but what I dont understand is that there in the Edo era .. how is this possible?!

still... with that kind of design i doubt any tailor in that period would be able to design it that way especially since sango's little brother has one too.

Er, why not? Just follow the contours of the human body, I'm sure people in the earlier centuries were smart enough to figure that out. Not a common style, but sure why not :/
