Need help finding a Huddy Fanfic..

I honestly just remember the end of the story, ou at least close to the end. House took off to New York ou somewhere close planning on going to Africa I believe. Cuddy is at some convention and sees the dean of medicine at the New York hospital. The dean talks about House, and Cuddy finds out hes leaving. She rushes to New York to stop him. I also know when she gets to the door he is chant Snuff: par Slipknot.

If anyone knows what story this is I would be greatly appreciative..
