Huddy Question

October-october?

First of all I have to say that I'm huge Huddy fan.
You'll maybe call me stupid but I don't understand all this about october-october, could someone explain me?
I know there was something about it in one episode but I didn't understand it very good. I will have to watch it again.

The October-October is in reference to both House and Cuddy being middle aged. Instead of an age difference, they are both in the "October" of their lives.
