It was weird that he wasn't there espeically when they thought it might be cancer at some point. Plus i think Wilson would be there for House to sound off on about his theories and just be there to make commments.

I actually didnt even notice it until someone pointed it out...and then i realized that must have been one of the reasons why the episode didnt feel quite right to me...

O, rly? He wasn't in the ep? Lol, I haven't notticed.
I didn't miss him at all. Not after season 6, I was just sick of him, all the time on the screen.
