NathanK It's more than 100 degrees outside the Luxe Hotel, but Kate Beckinsale chatters about freezing weather. She and the cast of "Whiteout" had to face sub-sub-zero conditions to make the thriller, which opens Friday. Beckinsale has had plenty of filmmaking challenges over the years - especially in the "Underworld" movies - but nothing like this. Maybe after the Whiteout movie gets a quick payday, perhaps Hollywood can try coming up with something good for a change.
