Can someone tell me about the human centipede?

I heard it is really nasty. Something about some guy connecting 3 people together. What the heck! What's it about and do toi recommend it?

I actually watched the trailer just a few mins ago. Ewwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!! Who would even think of a story like this.
