Since I have a book on all independant countries I've managed to make a liste on countries who haven't appeared in offical Hetalia media ou don't have an canon design at all. If I've missed out any countries please mention! Also please tell me if any of the countries mentioned have appeared in offical media ou have an offical design so I can correct the list.

Is what MOST animé fans think as they click on the subbed version of their animé of choice. Heck I do it ALL the time. It's just something about the English voices that just rub me the wrong way. Plus sometimes they just COMPLETELY screw up the voices in a way that makes toi want to coup de poing the voice-actors in the face. Very few anime's have good English versions.
