Yes; SuFin is an actual couple, and so is HRExChibitalia, but nothing became of HRExChibitalia. Accroding to Himaruya-Sensei himself, Sweden is homosexual, but he only acts that way toward Finland.

As much as I l’amour the all Hetalia (mostly fandom) pairings, I do agree about the Chibitalia x HRE but the SuFin one was not actually canon. I get that Sweden a homosexual and is only like that for Finland but I don't remember seeing any proof that Finland actually feels the same way about Sweden. I do l’amour SuFin, it's one of my haut, retour au début five favs but again, it was not clarified whether ou not Finland feels the same way about Sweden.

i think that germany and italy are pretty real too... (and no im not just saying that because its one of my favori couples, i honestly think it pretty obviously is canon).

Actually,if toi look up certain web strips,you can see Greece and Japon is a real couple.In one,they are under an umbrella together,which is a sign of romance in Japan,and in another strip they are found to have slept together.Well,they were just in the same bed,with Japon shrtless screaming,and Greece's hair messed up,but I think its suffiecent evidence.They are a pretty real couple.(And my OTP at that.GO GIRIPAN!)

I agree that the only yaoi couples that are canon is HRE and Italy, if toi watch the strips toi will notice that GerIta is semi-canon too ( and tis does Not come from a hardcore GerIta fan)

Also, while it's obvious that Sweden has feelings Finland, there's no evidnce that the later returns the feelings. Just saying...
