Harry Potter fans enjoy Olivander's Wand Shop at the wizarding theme park in Orlando
Two years have passed since the final Harry Potter film, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2, was released. So Warner Bros, keen to keep the lucrative franchise alive, have decided to launch a three-day festival themed entirely on the magical world created par JK Rowling.

In a similar vein to the étoile, star Wars Celebration events which have been hosted par Lucasfilm since 1999, A Celebration of Harry Potter will take place January 24-26 2014, during the park's less attended winter season, at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park based in Orlando, Florida.

Park attendees will be able to rejoindre in the Celebration activities, which will include Q&As with the stars and the filmmakers, lessons in wand dueling and other muggle fun. However, packages are being offered for between £250 and £450 per person for hardened fans and will allow access to a private evening reception and early access to the theme park's rides.
There are also rumours that the Celebration may involve a soft launch of the park's awaited Diagon Alley attraction, which is reportedly opening suivant June.

Universal Studios hosted a similar event in November 2011, called the Harry Potter accueil Entertainment Celebration, which also offered Q&A sessions with the cast and crew and breakfast at The Three Broomsticks, a real life version of the magical pub created par Rowling.

*The Great Hall was built for Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone in 2000 and was used as a key set for six plus films. (The Great Hall does not appear in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1).

*The House Points Counter was rarely seen on screen, but it is rumoured that when it was first built it caused a national shortage of Indian glass beads.

*The spectacular Great Hall includes the costumes of students from each Hogwarts house plus two large tables which are set for dinner; at the haut, retour au début of the room is the teachers' table, tableau where the Hogwarts Professors sat. Iconic scenes such as the Yule Ball and the Battle of Hogwarts were filmed here.
