How do toi make a Luna Lovegood costume?

I really wanna be Luna for Halloween, but I don't have lots of money to spend on the costume. I think my mom could make the robes, but I'd still need a tie, a Ravenclaw crest badge, a blonde wig, a wand (preferably light-up, if there is a cheap one), and maybe some of her jewelry.

for the ravenclaw badge find it on Google and put it on the peignoir, robe ou even draw it with fabric paint. get a tie thats in ur house somewhere and it can be pulled off. maybe dye ur hair blonde for halloween, and find some oldish jewlry thats bizzare. for the wand get a stick thats laying in your yard and then like dip it in some bright paint ou spraypaint a bright color at the tip. thats the only way i can see for saving money on a luna lovegood costume.
