Hogwarts Express tickets?

Does anyone have any fact based theories/knowledge on how it actually works?

- Where exactly do they purchase a ticket to the Hogwarts Express?
- Does the same ticket buy toi all the trips during the school an ou do toi need a new one for each trip?
