It doesn't matter how long toi are a fan of club. What matters is, what are toi doing as a fan. It took me plus than 2 months to be a 'dedicated fan'.
For being dedicated fan, all toi have to do is to contribute. mettre en ligne images, write articles, post polls, ask questions, commentaire on other posts and articles*hint*. fanpop has got some secret pointing system which decides a fan being 'dedicated', 'die-hard' ou 'fanatic'. It also matters how other fans see your contribution. plus comments, plus chances. LUCK!
It varies for everyone, depending on how active toi are and how much content toi add. It took me seven months to get my dedicated medal, but only two months to get my die-hard medal.
it not about how long, it about how much u contribute. being dedicated to a club means that the fans of the club respect you. go to the fanpop faq at the bottom of every fanpop page to find out more. typically images, pop quizz qn, articles and liens carry plus pull when getting a medal. the rest not so much. it took me 9 months to get my one and only dedicated medal for the Bones sites. which is mainly because, i brun foncé, dun really add images and liens only picks and qns.. so yeah it depends what toi do and how many ppl are fan of ur work on that site.
Yes, I don't think there's a general rule. Took me plus than one an and a half to get my first medal (this month) while I've been there since July 2009. The best thing to do is to expect nothing. That way, you're not disappointed. And when it comes, toi feel even happier !
- It's not necessarely about activity, because: I got a Dedicated fan medal for some clubs I haven't posté in months.
- It's not necessarely about how MUCH toi contribute, because: To those same clubs I have not contributed tons of stuff but relatively little, actually.
So, I think it's basically about WHAT toi contribute to a club. Even the definition in the faq says "a dedicated fan has contributed some GOOD content to the club".
- So basically it's about the contribution quality/usefulness, not the amount ou activity of it. At least this is my impression judging par personal experience and the FAQ.
But of course, I suppose if toi contribute buttloads of stuff (no matter what it is) and are highly active to a club you'll probably get the dedicated fan medal the same. But the point is, toi don't have to in order to gain it.

As long as people fan your content, it still counts. It doesn't matter how long il y a it was. Content isn't just adding pictures, videos, picks - I got a medal for the HP vs Twilight spot just par answering questions and commenting on things.
it depends. i mostly have contributed quizz questions. what i found is that after 1000 people answer your questions toi get the dedicated medal. obviously the number increases for the die hard medal. so basically since HP spot has a lot of fans toi won't have to post too many questions to get the dedicated medal. plus if toi mettre en ligne stuff it will be even faster.
