When will the DVD come out? Is it before the seconde movie comes out?

From what I heard it comes out sometime in April 2011 which is before the 2nd Deathly Hallows déplacer that comes out on July 15, 2011 .

I've heard it'll be released in March ou April, but that could be wrong and, as far as I'm concerned, isn't official yet. I think it'll probably be released before part 2 though, at least.

It has to come out before the movie.

I decided to wait for the final movie to be out, to buy the whole set of movies, which I'm sure will happen to be offered for sale all together (6 months after the last movie is released in theaters), just before Christmas... (how convenient).
