Remember my last?

Sorry if I'm being seriously retarded, but what did Dumbledore mean when he sent pétunia that Howler in OOTP saying "Remember my last"? What was written in the last letter ou Howler he sent her? I know that she wrote to him at some point when she was little, but I don't really understand it.
