Does anyone know who this is?

This is from the Deathly Hallows set, plus specifically the Shell Cottage scenes. She has some weird earrings and blond hair, but I don't think that's Luna...And I also don't think it is Fleur, but who else could it be? It could be someone of the crew, but I think it is an actress...
Does anyone know who this is?

Well i compared a that picture to a picture of Luna and i'm pretty sure its the same person. If your still not convinced try lire the chapter again and see if a character springs out that it might be.

Looks like Luna ou maybe her stunt double although the shell cottage scene does not have to many dangerous parts so I would 'nt see why she needs a stunt double
